Avante Spaces Limited, a Kirloskar Group company, has announced the development of a landmark 1.7 million sq. ft. Grade A commercial project in Pune’s Central Business District, to be known as Avante Business Park – Kothrud. The project is conceived as a large-scale commercial campus, strategically positioned to provide efficient, centrally located office infrastructure for both global and domestic enterprises.
