Planned investment of INR 750-crores.
TDI Infratech is developing approximately 150 acres
of land in Ludhiana for the development of an integrated township
with an estimated investment value of INR 750-cr. The
project will span over 06 million square feet of developable area and
represents the company’s first township launch after becoming debt-free in 2025.
The project will comprise luxury group housing,
residential plotted developments and low-rise independent floors, targeting
both end-users and long-term investors.
The Ludhiana development will be TDI Infratech’s
fourth township in Punjab after Chandigarh, Rajpura, and Mohali. The
expansion also builds on TDI Infratech’s strong development presence in the
region, where the company has already delivered over 500 acres in
Mohali with 2 Integrated townships and 42 acres in Rajpura. Within
these developments, prime commercial pockets are now being launched as hotels
and commercial centres, further strengthening the integrated urban ecosystem
across its Punjab portfolio.
