128 residences across 3.67 acres mark MAIA’s entry into a supply-constrained micro-market in Basavanagudi.

MAIA Estates has announced the launch of The Seven — twin towers coming up on a 3.67-acre parcel in Basavanagudi, South Bengaluru. The development is planned to comprise 128 exclusive 4-BHK+ residences across 36 storeys, spanning approximately 6.0 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area, with completion targeted by 2029.

The Seven is being developed through a joint development agreement, backed by INR 120-crore in institutional funding from Arnya Real Estate Fund – Debt and marks MAIA’s entry into South Bengaluru.

Guided by seven elemental principles — Earth, Water, Air, Fire, Space, Integrity, and Community — the development reflects these through its planning, landscape, and shared spaces. The development features sky decks, landscaped wellness areas, water features, and sunlit gardens.
