JSW One Platforms Limited has announced the acquisition of BuildNext Construction Solutions Private Limited (BuildNext), a home design and project management company. With this acquisition, JSW One further enhances its ability to serve Individual Home Builders (IHBs), contractors, architects, and homeowners through a more integrated digital offering spanning materials procurement, design, execution, and project management.

As part of the transaction, Pidilite Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (PVPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pidilite Industries Limited, will transfer its shareholding in BuildNext to JSW One through a share-swap arrangement at a mutually agreed valuation, subject to customary closing conditions. PVPL will also continue to participate in BuildNext’s growth.
