EEPL has emerged as a trusted leader in the design, fabrication and erection of tunnel formwork for transport, water, and hydraulic tunnels.
Established in
2002, Eurostar Engineering Pvt. Ltd. has built a strong reputation through its
associations with CIFA and CM Lafer. Over the last five years, we have become a
trusted leader in the design, fabrication, and erection of tunnel formwork for
transport, water, and hydraulic tunnels.
We currently
operate two workshops, located in Boisar, Maharashtra, and Uttarakhand.
We have successfully completed various types of tunnel formwork, including several designs fabricated and used for the first time in India. Recently, we introduced the Tellis system in formwork construction, which was successfully implemented at the Pollavaram Water Tunnels (63R and 64R/L).
This system is
currently being used for Kharghar-Turbhe Link Road (KTLR) and Pkg. C-3 Bullet Train
mountain tunnels – Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail (MAHSR) corridor, Tunnel
Packages T4 and T6, and will soon be deployed for large-diameter diversion
tunnels in Hydro Projects in Arunachal Pradesh.
Eurostar Engineering Pvt. Ltd also offer a full range of diesel and electric RRV (Rail-cum-Road Vehicle) from MOL CY, Belgium and G. Zwiehoff GmbH, Germany respectively.
We also working with COMETC TCS SRL to manufacture launchers, straddle carriers in India and also for export to neighbouring countries.
EEPL has also started a co-operation with M/s. Jeill Enterprise Co., Ltd and SAMBO C.M.C of South Korea for their range of bridge construction equipment.
In addition to our formwork expertise, Eurostar Engineering Pvt. Ltd. provides equipment rentals, including Bentonite Desanders, shotcrete machines.
We are also working toward introducing specialized equipment, such as tunnel pumps and train mixers to further support our clients' needs.
