Under the terms of the MoU, AETL will supply 15MW alkaline-based electrolysers and provide turnkey EPC solutions along with Balance of Plant systems for the project. Additionally, the company will handle the operations and maintenance of the plant for a year post-commissioning.

The agreement also includes consultancy and advisory services to explore the feasibility of green hydrogen applications for industrial and commercial purposes, alongside potential opportunities in green ammonia production and carbon credits.
